Answer: It may be due to the stability of the internet connection. Please check with your ISP or call our customer service.

Answer: The call may be diverted to a voice mailbox by the called party which is considered as a successful call. Only successful call is charged in our billing system.

a) Please check if the account number / PIN are correct.

b) Verify the account number / PIN is correct by visiting www.callmela.com .

Answer: Callmela user can make telephone call if the user is a Network Address Translation (NAT) user. Please check with your LAN administrator to change the firewall setup to support H.323 and SIP communication protocol if necessary.

Answer: Put the earphone and microphone far away from each other or use the headset with built-in microphone and earphone.
